Sausage And Linguini Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in 4 pieces
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can tomatoes, broken up
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. hot linguini
Preparation
    Cook and stir celery, onion and garlic in oil in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
    Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; cook slowly 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
