Oriental Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    1 large onion, sliced into rings
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine margarine and vegetables in a large skillet or electric skillet.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir in milk.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
