Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    6 to 8 chicken breast halves
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. packaged dried bread crumbs
Preparation
    Simmer chicken, carrot, onion and celery in salted water for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Drain, skin and bone chicken.
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Grease a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Arrange broccoli and top with chicken.
