Baked Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (2 1/2 oz.) salmon steaks
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried pepper
Preparation

Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
Place into a shallow baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
