Asparagus Fromage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans asparagus spears
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, scrambled
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    chopped parsley
    1/4 lb. butter, less 2 Tbsp.
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain asparagus; reserve 1 cup liquid.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour slowly.
    Add milk and liquid; stir constantly until thick. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; stir until smooth.
    Add scrambled eggs. Season to taste.
    Pour a layer of sauce in casserole dish.
    Add asparagus and pour remaining sauce on top.
    Combine cheese, crumbs, parsley and paprika; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
