Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Drain pineapple and place in greased casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour and pour over pineapple.
Add cheese to mixture. Top with crumbs.
Pour melted margarine over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
