Sausage-Egg Casserole(Breakfast Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. mushrooms
    6 slices bread
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain and cool.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together.
    Tear bread into small pieces and fold into egg mixture.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
