Portuguese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken broth
1 lb. smoked kielbasa, diced
1 (5 1/4 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large carrot, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and diced
1 green pepper, diced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil.
Stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 2 hours.
