Quick Ground Meat With Green Beans(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or lamb
    2 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery, diced fine
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Pour in enough water to cover.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook about 40 minutes until string beans are tender.
    Serve on a bed of rice.
