Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries, ground coarsely
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 orange, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 lemon, grate rind and chop fruit
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well. Flavor is best after sitting in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This can be frozen.
