Crunchy Carrot-Pineapple Mold(Serves 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange gelatin
    1 c. finely diced celery
    1 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. (1 lb.) fine curd cottage cheese
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and water to boiling.
    Add gelatins and stir until dissolved.
    Chill until partially thickened.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into 16 individual molds or two 1-quart molds.
    Chill until firm.
