Peaches 'N Cream Pie(Peach Halves Served Sunny-Side-Up In A Rich Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch one-crust pie
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 fresh peaches, peeled and halved
    3/4 c. whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can apple slices, drained
    2 sticks or 1 packet pie crust mix
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix cornstarch, sugar, orange peel and cranberry sauce in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Gently stir in apples; set aside.
