Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate and margarine with Eagle Brand, water and vanilla.
    Cook and stir constantly until thick about 5 minutes.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
