Barbecue Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large green pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. ketchup
    8 oz. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 lb. chuck roast
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over chuck roast.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
    Tear apart and pick the fat out.
