Tangy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) sirloin tip or rump roast
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides in a skillet with a little oil. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and cook in small roaster at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done.
    Baste at 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours and 1 3/4 hours.
    Use sauce to pour over a side dish of rice.
