Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 small can green chilies
    8 oz. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    nacho cheese corn chips
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion. Add the next 4 ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Add 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Season to taste. (We like it hot!)
    Line a baking dish with corn chips.
    Pour soup over chips and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until hot at 350\u00b0.
