Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 sticks butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. plain flour
Preparation

Allow cream cheese, butter and eggs to reach room temperature. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
Add salt and vanilla flavoring.
Stir in flour, gently by hand.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
