Southern Fried Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, fried half done
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. canned hominy, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon; add onion.
    Stir-fry in the hominy for five minutes, until hot.
    Serves 4 to 5.
