Flawless Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat chocolate and milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted.
    Remove from heat; blend in vanilla and salt.
    Stir in nuts, if desired.
    Spread in buttered 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Chill until firm; cut in small squares.
    Makes about 18 pieces.
