Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Chocolate Pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice, divided
    1/2 cup raspberry preserves
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth, add eggs and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice; mix well.
