Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 large onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
    1 (7 oz.) container salsa
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    chopped green onions (for garnish)
    black olives (for garnish)
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion; drain.
    Spoon beans into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
    Top with beef, chilies, salsa and cheese in layers. Top with sour cream, olives and green onions.
    Serve with chips.
