Cream Of Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    4 1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan, melt butter.
    Add onion.
    Cook and stir over medium heat, until onion is tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Blend in milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
    Continue to cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
    Stir in spinach.
    Remove from heat.
