Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    bacon bits
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes off.
    Cook potatoes until boiling in jackets (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Let cool, slice in half.
    Put sliced potatoes in baking pan and add cheese and bacon bits.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
