Ingredients
    3 carrots, shredded
    1 stalk celery, shredded
    2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    2 small boiled potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Arrange attractively on a serving platter.
    Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
    Serve with Aioli Sauce.
