Caramel Crunch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
    1 (9-inch) frozen, ready-to bake, deep-dish pie shell, thawed
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    25 vanilla caramels (about 1/2 of 14 oz. pkg.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine the apples and 2 tablespoons flour, tossing to coat the apples. Spoon into the pie shell.
