Pineapple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1 c. thawed undiluted frozen orange juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a large skillet.
    Place in casserole dish. Mix juice, pineapple, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Spread over chops. Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
