Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick margarine (melted)
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
    8 squash
    1 large onion
    2 c. cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain. Mash and mix in margarine, soup, and bread crumbs. Add 1 1/4 c. cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
