Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine potatoes, butter and sugars.
Beat at medium speed until blended.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in large bowl; stir well.
Add sweet potato mixture and buttermilk to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
