Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked macaroni
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tomato (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Toss macaroni with vegetable oil and add celery, onion, salt and
    pepper.
    Add
    mayonnaise and mix with diced tomato. Garnish with
    parsley and thin slices of tomato.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour for more flavor.
