Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    5 c. sugar
    1 large can Pet milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 or 3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix chocolate chips and marshmallow cream together in a large bowl; set aside.
    Mix sugar, milk and margarine together in a large heavy saucepan.
    Put on high heat until boiling fast, turn on low heat and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and pour over first mixture.
    Stir until melted.
    Add vanilla and chopped pecans.
    Makes 5 pounds of fudge.
