Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. plain corn meal
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix the milk and sugar.
    Put the salt in milk and bring to a boil.
    Add the corn meal. Stir until cooked, almost 2 minutes. Stir in the egg yolks and baking powder.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
