Sauce Gumbo(Okra Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small amount of oil
    1 onion
    4 tomatoes
    4 c. water
    meat (beef)
    small amount of okra
    6 bouillon cubes
    salt
    rice
Preparation
    Put oil in casserole.
    Cut up onion and fry.
    Separate the seeds from tomatoes.
    Put in casserole and cook.
    After a few minutes, put in 4 cups water, beef and okra.
    Cook 1 hour or until very done.
    Mash all ingredients and cook 10 minutes more.
    Put in bouillon cubes and salt; cook a little.
    Serve on a bed of rice.
