Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. beef roast
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. water
6 medium carrots
6 medium potatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Place roast with water and garlic salt in slow cooker.
Cook on low heat overnight or until tender.
Peel and dice carrots and potatoes. Put vegetables with soup mix over roast. Cover and cook until vegetables are cooked. Serve 8 hearty eaters or 6 preachers.
