Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 small jar pimentos, chopped and drained
2 cans asparagus spears, drained
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Layer asparagus in dish.
Mix water chestnuts, mushrooms, pimento and eggs with mushroom soup.
Pour over asparagus.
Bake 20 minutes.
Top with onion rings.
Bake 10 more minutes.
