Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir to blend.
Pour into 9 lightly oiled muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes 9 muffins.
One muffin = 121 calories, 2 g.
