Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 or little less salt

Preparation

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients together.
Stir into cream mixture.
Drop by heaping teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Do not overbake.
Let sit on cookie sheet for one minute before removing.
Makes approximately 5 dozen cookies.
