Monkey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 each) cans buttermilk biscuits
    2 c. sugar, divided
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup sugar with cinnamon in a plastic bag.
    Quarter the biscuits.
    Place several at a time in the bag and shake to coat. Place in round Bundt pan.
    Melt butter and 1 cup sugar to a syrup. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Remove pan from oven and immediately flip over to allow syrup to seep through. Serve warm.
    Do not slice, just pull apart.
