Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes until done; peel.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, margarine and marshmallows.
Mash with potato masher until well mixed.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
