Anytime Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rolled oats
2 c. boiling water
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. All-Bran cereal
Preparation

Combine oats and boiling water.
Let cool.
Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients with All-Bran just until moistened.
Store in refrigerator.
