Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add persimmon pulp and beaten eggs.
    Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture.
    Beat well.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
