Crawfish Fettuccini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 pt. half and half
    16 oz. jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    1 lb. fettuccini noodles, cooked
    1 lb. crawfish tail meat
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine until onions are translucent.
    Add crawfish and cook approximately 5 minutes.
    Add half and half and cheese and cook on low heat approximately 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Toss parsley into mixture, then toss mixture into cooked fettuccini noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
