Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. combined beef, veal and pork, ground
    1/2 c. quick oatmeal
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    seasoned salt or salt and pepper
    1 envelope dry Lipton spring vegetable soup
    1/2 c. water (mix soup into water)
Preparation
    Knead together all ingredients.
    Put into bread loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 1/4 hours.
    Let it brown to your liking.
    You can top with catsup or barbecue sauce the last 1/2 hour of baking.
