Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes or 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. celery
6 carrots
3 medium onions
3 or 4 potatoes
Preparation
-
Do not brown meat.
Do not peek while cooking.
Cut ingredients to suit your taste, any size.
Mix gently all ingredients in a casserole dish and cover.
Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
