Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. red cayenne
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    choice of meat (ham, turkey, chicken)
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne, lemon juice, onion and butter.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil.
    Add meat to your desired consistency; more meat, less juicy or less meat, more juice!
    Serve on rolls/bread.
