Savory Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. tube processed cheese
    6 oz. tube garlic cheese
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked grits
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut cheese into small pieces.
    Add salt to water and bring to a boil.
    Slowly add grits and bring to a second boil.
    Reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Add cheese and butter, stirring until melted and blended. Pour into ungreased casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
