Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 c. potatoes, in cubes
1 1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery
1/2 onion, chopped
2 pkg. broccoli (frozen)
1 pkg. cauliflower (frozen)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Mix water, bouillon cubes, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Add broccoli and cauliflower.
Cook for additional 10 minutes.
Add cheese and soups.
Let cheese melt.
Serve with cornbread.
