Aunt Florence'S Delicious Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated, raw onions
    1 (8 oz.) box chicken flavored dressing (stuffing) mix
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil zucchini and onion until tender; drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream and grated carrots.
    Fold into zucchini and onion mixture; set aside.
    Melt margarine and add the seasoning packet from the stuffing mix; mix well.
    Fold into the stuffing.
    Place half of the dressing in the bottom of a long casserole pan.
    Add the vegetable mixture and place the remaining dressing mixture over the top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
