Frozen Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice (unsweetened)
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemon juice
    1 bottle almond extract (1 oz.)
    4 c. sugar, dissolved in 3 c. water
    1 gal. water
Preparation
    Heat sugar and water until completely clear and hot enough to melt the Jell-O.
    Remove from heat.
    Dissolve Jell-O.
    Cool.
    Add juices, extract and water.
    Mix well.
    Stir some during freezing. Remove from freezer 6 hours before serving. Serves 50 generously. (I freeze in Tupperware cake box or square keeper.)
