Oven Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak
    flour
    shortening
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Coat with flour.
    Brown steak on both sides in melted shortening.
    Place browned steak in a large pan.
    Add onion soup mix and cover with water.
    Place aluminum foil over pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until steak is tender.
