Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (1.25 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
pepper to taste
Preparation

Put half the can of undiluted soup on a double piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap completely around roast.
Over the soup, sprinkle half the envelope of soup mix.
Place roast on top and cover with remaining soup, sprinkled with remaining onion soup mix.
Wrap roast completely in foil and place in shallow pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound.
This makes a delicious roast and gravy all in one.
